Everyone at this pharmacy is skilled and efficient. Even when they are a little grumpy cause they are busy (which they have every right to be. Customer service workers aren't trained monkeys here for our entainment) they still do a great job at getting medications out quick. I like them.

Got my meds delivered, I should try and tip the guy next time! Edittt***, I really wish I could have afforded to tip the drivers, I don't even know if that's aloud, but I would like to say I switched my pharmacy today. I liked Arcadia and think y'all did a great job! thanks :)

Delivery service is very good and appreciated. My delivery person is awesome. Pharmacist and staff are knowledgeable abt medications, but also how to bill different insurances. If they don’t know, and you the patient know or can get them the how-to billing info, they actually listen in order to get your prescription to go through your insurance. Very convenient. Very professional, fast service, they have your script ready in 10 minutes, if you don't call ahead. In comparison to walgreens or cvs, their service is 5 stars. Other pharmacies are designed to defer you from human customer service, this one I can always get ahold of and doesn't walk me through 5 minutes talk before I can ask three times to speak with representative, and then get put on hold to only be dropped after waiting for 30 minutes (walgreens). The good old hello, hello, I can't hear you, and hang up so they can clear out their hold line.
